Generally speaking, public recognition rate of security work is not high, and security image is not good enough.
Security industry in China is a low-income, low-civilization, low-essence operation, it is difficult to attract high-quality talents to engage in security services. It is these depressed elements that restrict the further development of the security industry. Specifically, the factors that influence the image of security operations are as follows.
First, arrange business philosophy.
Whether an arrangement attaches importance to brand effect and arranges the training of talents will decide the image of an operation. In China's security companies, there are many problems, such as neglecting the training of security personnel and neglecting the ability of crisis public relations.
The training of security personnel in security companies mostly stays in the short-term training before taking up the post, while the retraining after taking up the post is very few, not to mention the importance of cultivating the crisis public relations ability of the arrangement.
Otherwise, our security companies have been influenced by the government and enterprises indiscriminately before. They have not formed a modern enterprise management mechanism, paid little attention to the brand effect, did not do a good job in promoting the effect of enterprises, and the effective competition of the whole security market has not been formed. The security enterprises set up in administrative regions are divided into camps and there is no sense of crisis in enterprises. The restriction of the whole security operation has also affected the improvement of the security work image.
Two, personal elements
To decide the image of a job, the personnel factor is the top priority. In terms of personal factors, it includes three aspects: security personnel's awareness of their own operations, security personnel's image crisis public relations ability and security personnel's own nature. These factors directly affect the image of security guards who touch the most with the public.
At the top of the list, some security personnel do not have correct emotions, feel that security operations are inferior to others, and do not love and respect their own work. This kind of depressed thinking directly leads to depressed action.
Secondly, due to the limited nature of security personnel received, security companies also neglect the training of security personnel, security forces generally have the problem of poor public relations ability in image crisis. Some security personnel work in bad mood, simple and rough operation methods, but also simply triggered conflicts between security and customers. Once a security image crisis happens, the security guards are at a loss, and the security companies are too lazy to deal with it. They miss the best period of crisis repair, which eventually leads to the promotion of the crisis and becomes a hot issue in society, affecting the image of the entire security arrangements.
Thirdly, before the promulgation of the Act, there was a long-term lack of specific provisions on the conditions of security guards in China. In practice, the conditions of security guards were also neglected, and the qualification certification of security practitioners was formalized. When recruiting security personnel, some security companies only pay attention to age, height and physical health, and their educational requirements are only junior high school graduates. The security personnel themselves have problems such as low civilization essence, indifference in laws and regulations, slack discipline and so on.
