一:进出物品的检查

随意的检查进出人员的物品不是一件很受欢迎的事情,很多人的表现都很被动。因此,作为一个大堂保安我们需要做的就是见到有用户携出大件物品,要迅速主动地走近用户,礼貌地请用户出示物品放行条,如果出现客户不同意的情况我们不能着急,要耐心的为客户解释。我们需要检查的是客户携带品的相关手续是否齐全。检查完毕之后,我们可以在工作条件允许的情况下,尽可能协助用户包装或搬运物品。在检查期间,我们一定要注意态度,以减少用户因货物搬上搬下带来的麻烦与不满情绪。
